What to know before booking...

2025 Pricing Guide & Terms + Conditions

Deposit Fee:

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to reserve your session date and time. This deposit will be applied toward your total package cost. The remaining balance must be paid in full by the day of your session. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice: A new deposit will be required to reschedule. The remaining balance must also be paid in full on the new session date.

• No-shows: You will be responsible for the full session fee. To reschedule, payment for the missed session and a new deposit for the upcoming session will be required.

• Repeated cancellations or no-shows: If you cancel or no-show multiple times, I reserve the right to decline future bookings. This policy ensures fairness to all clients and protects valuable time and availability.

Rescheduling Policy:

• One-time reschedule is allowed for weather or illness only. The new session must be scheduled within the same calendar month or within two weeks of the original date.

• Weekend rescheduling: Weekend availability is limited and not guaranteed due to high demand.

Travel Fee:

I prioritize local sessions to keep pricing fair, but a travel fee may apply for locations outside my regular area. Please confirm your location at the time of booking. If a travel fee is required, it must be approved and paid before your session is confirmed.

Location Guide:

I provide a curated list of location ideas, complete with descriptions and sample images. Message me for access to the guide.

Turnaround Time:

• Galleries will be delivered within 3 weeks of your session date.

• Sessions during September–December may take up to 4 weeks due to seasonal demand.

• Need your gallery faster? A 72-hour rush option is available for a $100 fee, which must be approved at booking.

• Wedding packages have a separate turnaround time.

Digital Gallery & Print Release:

All packages include a downloadable digital gallery with a print release.

Gallery Access:

Galleries remain online for 30 days after delivery. After this period, galleries will automatically
